# Need support?

**We do our best to make it as easy as possible for you to find answers to your DIAP questions. You have two options for finding the infomation you need:**

1. The "**Knowledge base**' on this website offers a lot of information and it is constantly being updated an reviewed. You can find answers to most questions about the general use and functionality of the DIAP platform.
2. If you are not able to find the information, you are looking for, you are always welcome to contact the **DIAP support team** at [support@dataintel.dk](mailto:support@dataintel.dk). We will look into your question and get back to you as soon as possible.
