Summation of tags
Added the possibility to have the reset on summation be parameterized, default is 0 (zero).
PLC configuration
Added processor slot (Slot) for controllogix, default is 0 (zero).
Excessive IoT usage
.csv files that are regenerated for the entire day, to be read multiple times.
Implemented a last read timestamp to make sure we ignore old (already stored) data.
Netconfig
If netconfig thread is unresponsive for more than 70 seconds it restarts.
