The Python IoTHub SDK have been replaced and have gone from v.1.x to 2.x

Sender service (Azure IoTHub)
The sender service was updated to use a new SDK which introduced a resend mechanic that could result in a long recovery period, with very big delays of data transfer.
An update has been applied that reintroduces a reboot of the sender service, after which it reestablishes connection and resumes transmitting data to IoTHub.
Tag retention
Retention has been updated according to the new settings.
